- 1 small bowl lettuce Mesclum or baby romaine
- 1 small tomato
- 1/4 red pepper
- 1/4 green pepper
- 1 tbsp Ayam Brand™ Sweet Corn
- 1/2 sprig celery
- 1 Japanese cucumber
- 1 can Ayam Brand™ Sardines in Tomato Sauce 230g
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Wash all the vegetables
2. Dice or cut in strips the vegetables, remove the seeds from the peppers
1. Mix all the ingredients in a large and round mixing bowl, put the olive oil, vinegar and a bit of salt.
2. Toss the mix.
3. Do not press it to give a volume in your salad for the presentation
Arrange the sardines on top of the salad and top up with tomato sauce to your taste.
